"I emailed the day I received my delivery, one of the shower gel bottles was damaged and it had leaked over the rest of the items, making a mess, I emailed asking for a replacement but I did not get a response, I had to go out and buy another bottle from the supermarket, rubbish customer service, just want your money."

"I've used the beard shampoo and conditioner a few times now and quickly found out you only need a small amount to get a good lather. Having no hair I just use Bulldog original shower gel all over, but I thought I'd give the beard shampoo and Conditioner a go. This product definitely leaves my beard feeling softer and cleaner than shower gel alone and it makes it easier to brush."
